Department of Medicine serves patients with medical issues of various organ systems. The various services provided by the department are as follows:

1. OPD for communicable and non-communicable disease through Pulmonology, Cardiology, Hematology, Nephrology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Infectious disease, and Endocrinology services.
2. In-patient Medical Ward
3. Geriatric OPD and Geriatric Ward
4. Day care procedures including Hemodialysis, Endoscopy services, ECG, and Echocardiography services.
5. Services to people living with HIV through DOTS clinic
6. Services to people diagnosed with Tuberculosis through ART clinic.
7. Services to people diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease and Thalassemia through Social Service Unit.
